Overview

These trading rules govern the ordering, payment, fulfillment and after-sales process between buyers and sellers on WorldHub.

Order Confirmation

An order is formed once the buyer submits the order and the seller confirms it. Both parties shall fulfill their obligations in accordance with the confirmed order, quantity, price and delivery terms.

Payment

Payment shall be made through the platform-supported payment methods. Platform payment is designed to protect funds and reduce transaction risk for both parties.

Disputes

Any disagreement between buyer and seller should first be resolved amicably. Where this is not possible, the platform dispute resolution mechanism may be used.
