Because after all, we are doing wholesale, and the volume of goods shipped every day is very large. We cannot 100% guarantee that there will be goods when we distribute the goods to you. However, we guarantee that if there is any shortage, we will notify the person as soon as possible and obtain my consent to deal with it.

About shipping costs = divided into two types (logistics costs and express delivery costs)

1. Logistics costs

Dear friends, if you feel that the express delivery cost is expensive, you can choose to send it to logistics. All logistics items will be paid on delivery. We do not charge any transportation fees. When the goods arrive at the destination, the logistics company will notify you to bring the consignee's ID card to pick up the goods. When picking up the goods, you will pay the freight to the logistics company. Due to different charging standards of each logistics company, the distance of the region, some places are not directly accessible and need to be transferred, etc., we cannot give you an accurate figure. The actual collection by the logistics company shall prevail. (Note: Since glasses and sunglasses are relatively small in size and packaged very small, small parcel logistics companies can easily lose items, and they will not compensate for lost items. It will be very troublesome for everyone. In order to reduce risks, our company has decided that a single order must be over 10 kilograms before shipping, and all orders below 10 kilograms will be shipped by express delivery.)

2. Express delivery charges

Express delivery charges are based on weight. In order to make it easier for you to place an order, we have set the weight of the product and the express delivery fee standard in the background. The fee displayed when you take the photo is the actual express delivery fee. Each courier company cooperates with different express delivery companies, and the charging standards are also different, so please don't always complain that you pay so little when you buy from other places, why do you need so much when you buy at my house.

About delivery

All paid orders will be shipped within 48 hours, maybe on the same day, maybe tomorrow, but no more than 2 days at the latest. Due to the large volume of shipments every day, they need to be shipped in the order in which the orders are placed. Please understand! (If there is a large order volume during the event, the delivery time will be adjusted, and there will generally be an announcement. Please consult customer service for details. Unless there are special circumstances, the delivery will be on schedule)

About color difference

Because everyone has different monitor settings and various other factors, there will be more or less color differences in digital pictures. We believe that no matter what you do, it should be realistic, so we hope to reproduce the details of the real thing as realistically as possible through the pictures, so that what you get is what you see. The tiles and detailed pictures are all taken by us.

We have been continuously improving the photography effects, but due to different camera and monitor parameters, lighting and other factors, it is still difficult to avoid color differences between the actual object and the photo, so please refer to the actual color.

3. Human-made defects, product color difference, slow logistics, and poor service attitude of the logistics company.

4. Problems with the buyer’s subjective judgment (such as: I don’t like it, it’s different from what I imagined, it’s different from other brands, the material doesn’t meet my imagination, it feels bad, it looks low-grade, etc.)

5. There are differences in the color of the products shipped before and after. Since each batch is different, it is difficult to ensure that the color of the product is exactly the same as the previous batch.

6. I don’t want to sell it anymore, it’s hard to sell it, I can’t sell it, I’ve been arrested by the urban management, I can’t sell it anymore, etc.
